How the HBCU Coupon Code Challenge Works
Nadine and Andrew – the mother/son, author and illustrator team behind the book – are proud alums of Hampton University and Delaware State University. To promote the book to these two and the larger HBCU communities, they are having a friendly competition between mother and son, Hampton vs. Delaware State, to see who will buy the most books.
Anyone Can Participate
You do not have to be an alum of Hampton University or Delaware State University to participate. Simply choose the designated coupon code for the college community you want to support at checkout. Every qualifying preorder placed using the Hampton University or Delaware State University coupon code will count toward that college’s community total.
After the promotional period ends, Nadine and Andrew will announce which college community generated the most support. Whether you choose Hampton University or Delaware State University, your preorder helps celebrate HBCU pride while introducing children to a colorful story about creativity, problem-solving, and the power of imagination.
