"It is not possible to truly understand something, until you have the right metaphor to perceive it."
-- Thomas Kuhn
My job, my mission and passion as an educator is to learn my subject matter, understand it, and then put it into a framework, a metaphor, which resonates with my audience so that they too can understand it. That is what I have done with The Power of C.A.R.E.™ and What Color Is Your Imagination?™ -- two of my quality improvement frameworks. I have created two metaphors that stick with people and create a shared language that continues the conversation beyond the workshop day, and thus continues the learning and the improvement.
I’d love to bring one of these or my other workshops or keynote speeches to your organization or event. Visit my clients page of this website and my LinkedIn profile to see what my clients and colleagues say about my work as a speaker and event planner.
